TKVB’s compliance model integrates multiple regulatory and technical frameworks, including:

  • International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines for fuel handling and supplier responsibility
  • Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standards for operational excellence at international airports
  • Defence Standard 91-91 and ASTM D1655 specifications governing Jet A1 aviation fuel quality
  • United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority regulations related to operational integrity and environmental performance
We maintain a robust documentation control process to ensure traceability, transparency, and accountability in every transaction. Quality assurance is conducted through ongoing fuel sampling, laboratory validation, and on-site technical inspections. In addition, all fuelling equipment used in our operations is regularly calibrated, maintained, and certified to meet or exceed JIG and Civil Aviation Authority thresholds.
 
Our operational teams undergo continuous training in aviation fuel safety protocols. This includes site-specific induction, airside operations training, hazardous material handling, emergency response procedures, and compliance reporting. Personnel certification is monitored and refreshed in line with changing regulatory requirements.
